Victoria Beckham: Farting Coming to America was supposed to be a 6-part series and instead was filed down to a 1-hour special on NBC. A re-run of "Wife Swap" beat the show last night and it tied with re-runs of "Old Christine" and "How I Met Your Mother" so I wouldn't really call Posh' reality show a hit. The critics also beat it bloody.
Posh is completely pleasant, not annoying and that is the problem. The producers tried to make the show a little more exciting by putting in scrïpted and lame scenarios like Posh getting pulled over, Posh asking for her DMV photo to be re-touched and Posh having some weird lunch with the socialites of Beverly Hills (the hottest one is pictured above).
There just isn't enough there to make an interesting TV show. She wasn't dumb enough, bitchy enough or funny enough to keep my attention. Every now and again you can tell they gave her a few funny things to say, but it failed flat.
I like my Posh better silent and dressed to the nines.
I will say that if I hear the word "mayjah" (British for Major) one more time I'm going to make a "mayjah" fist and pound Posh in her "mayjah" head and send her to a "mayjah" hospital. That's "mayjah."
When this shit comes out on DVD we should hold a big party and take shots of whatever booze is laying around everytime her ass says "mayjah." We will "mayjah-ly" end up in St. Vincent's by the end of the night.

Grâce au contrat signé avec Coty, Ewan McGregor entre pour la première fois dans le monde des parfums.
«Le choix d'Ewan McGregor pour représenter le nouveau parfum pour homme de Davidoff s'est imposé naturellement. D'une part c'est l'un des acteurs les plus talentueux de sa génération, et en plus il possède un charisme et une authenticité qui seront essentiels à la promotion du nouveau parfum Davidoff», a déclaré Françoise Mariez, vice-présidente senior d'International European Marketing Licenses, Coty Prestige, par voie de communiqué.
Ewan McGregor s'est engagé à participer à l'enregistrement d'un message télévisé et à des publicités imprimées destinées à la campagne mondiale pour la fragrance.
On a notamment vu l'acteur dans «Miss Potter», «Moulin Rouge», «Trainspotting» et «Star Wars».

Sting et Styler devront verser l'équivalent de 51 000 $ US à Jane Martin, qui a gagné une poursuite pour discrimination en raison de son sexe ce printemps.
Martin a dit qu'elle avait travaillé pour Sting et sa femme pendant huit ans. Lorsqu'elle est devenue enceinte en 2005, Styler l'a forcée à travailler de longues heures et se fâchait lorsqu'elle prenait des jours de congé pour maladie.
La chef, qui a quitté son emploi en avril 2006 dans des circonstances controversées, affirmait en mai que Sting a un ego gigantesque et que Styler voulait être traitée d'une manière «royale».
