None of Angelina Jolie's adoptions have been without their share of controversy, and this week it's about Zahara. Since the Jolie-Pitts adopted Zahara over two years ago, Angelina's said she is an AIDS orphan. Now, InTouch is saying that they saw her adoption papers and not only is Zahara's mother alive, but she wants to see her daughter. Mentewab Dawit Lebiso, the woman who says she is Zahara's mother, spoke to the magazine. She said,

   "I want my daughter to come home to see where she is from. . . . Her grandmother and I both tried very hard to raise her, and I want her to come home to regain her identity.”

Who knows what is making this all come out now, but it's obviously a very touchy and complicated subject. Hopefully it doesn't turn into as big of a mess as we all know these issues can.
