Dans leur cas (Suri le bébé a Tom et Katie) je ne sais vraiment pas pour les cheveux mais la mienne avait les cheveux noir tres foncé... Mais il faut dire que j'avais aussi les cheveux tres foncé a la naissance et ma mere aussi... donc cest de famille.

Paris Hilton was arrested in Hollywood early Thursday and charged with driving under the influence.

TMZ has learned LAPD officers noticed Paris driving erratically at 12:31 AM and stopped her. They believed she exhibited signs of intoxication. We're told they administered a field sobriety test, and Paris blew a .08. In California, driving with a .08 blood alcohol level is the minimum level for DUI.

Paris was arrested and taken to the LAPD Hollywood division, where she was booked. The officers who stopped the car did not know it was Paris Hilton until they approached the vehicle on foot. Police sources say she was cooperative. Paris had a passenger in the car -- Kimberly Stewart, Rod Stewart's daughter.

Nicky Hilton, her boyfriend, "Entourage" star Kevin Connolly and her publicist Elliot Mintz arrived at the Hollywood police station just before 2 AM PST. A short time later, Paris was released on her own recognizance and allowed to leave.

Mintz told TMZ that Paris had attended a charity event earlier in the evening as well as an Us Weekly magazine party and hit one nightclub. He said she had a single drink -- a margarita -- the entire evening and shortly thereafter she was stopped. She was asked to take a breathalyzer test when she was stopped and cooperated. She took a second test at the station.

TMZ spoke with Paris as she was driving home from jail, stopping for Parliament Lights cigarettes en route. She says she "regrets it occurred," and adds that she has been up for 24 hours, having shot a music video all day. (TMZ had exclusive access to the music video set and our video will be posted in a few hours.) Paris says she had nothing to eat and no rest the entire day.

Driving under the influence is a misdemeanor. If convicted, the defendant will not be jailed, will be given three months' probation, and will be ordered to enter an alcohol program and will have his or her license restricted for 90 days.

The metrosexual soccer star made time to be a normal dad Tuesday, as he took his sons Brooklyn and Romeo to their first day of school at private academy in Madrid, Spain.

Posh and Becks have been in the spotlight the past few days, particularly due to a statement David made suggesting Victoria was pregnant with the couple's fourth child. Latest reports now say David misunderstood a reporter who asked about a possible baby on the way, thus sparking the international media frenzy.

For now, it looks like the family will remain a happy fivesome with Brooklyn 7, Romeo 3, and Cruz 1.

Les autorités policières ont intercepté la riche héritière Paris Hilton la nuit dernière alors qu’elle conduisait sous l’influence de l’alcool. La star a été arrêtée à minuit trente à Hollywood.

Hilton a suscité l’attention des policiers, car elle conduisait de façon erratique. Comme ces derniers ont noté des symptômes d’intoxication, un test de sobriété a été mené sur les lieux. Les résultats ont démontré que le taux d’alcoolémie dans le sang de la chanteuse était supérieur à la limite permise.

La conductrice a donc été amenée au poste de police pour être relâchée peu de temps après. Son porte-parole, Elliot Mintz, a confirmé l’arrestation, précisant que le taux d’alcool retrouvé était tout juste supérieur à la limite permise.

En Californie, il faut plus de 0,08 pour cent de cette substance pour qu’on embarque le ou la fautive.

L’incident est survenu alors que Paris Hilton retournait chez elle et se trouvait à bord de sa Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren. Elle venait de prendre part à un événement de charité lors duquel elle n’aurait bu qu’un margarita. Plus tôt, elle a tourné des scènes pour un nouveau vidéoclip servant à la promotion de son album «Paris».

Mintz a ajouté que le taux d’alcoolémie retrouvée dans le sang de la star était probablement le résultat d’un estomac vide, de la fatigue et du fait que Hilton a travaillé toute la journée.

Ce sont Nicky (sa sœur) et son copain, de même que l’acteur Kevin Connolly et le porte-parole de la star qui se sont rendus au poste de police de Los Angeles pour aller chercher l’héritière.
