Il n'y a pas si longtemps, on vous disait que les Brangelina étaient sur les nerfs avec la naissance des jumeaux. Eh bien, c'est encore les enfants qui sont à l'origine de leur nouvelle dispute.

Brad Pitt et Angelina Jolie voudraient la meilleure des nounous imaginables pour leurs enfants. Problème : ils n'ont confiance en personne. Et quand Angie a proposé de laisser la garde à son frère, James Voigt, Brad a éclaté.

Pour lui, il n'est pas question que le frère de la belle s'occupe de ses enfants. Après s'être disputé avec virulence sur la question, le couple s'est toutefois réconcilié. On les a même aperçus autour d'une bouteille de vin et d'un petit plat à L'auberge du parc, un restaurant proche des chez eux. L'histoire ne dit pas si James va venir déposer ses bagages au Château Miraval.

Jerry O'Connell: Already Preparing for the Teenage Years

Most people agree that preparedness is key when raising twins and Jerry O'Connell, who expects twin daughters this winter with wife Rebecca Romijn, is already preparing himself -- for the girls' teenaged years. "They're only having sex when I'm dead," Jerry jokes with Entertainment Tonight, in a segment airing tonight. "If they don't date boys at all and just want to be infatuated with their father, that's what I'm really going for. The nunnery!" For the 34-year-old actor, there was no disappointment in learning that neither twin is a boy.

   I am excited I am having girls. I know guys are supposed to say, 'I want a boy. I want to play baseball,' but I think I'm going to be good raising girls...I can't wait. They're going to be tough chicks.

The couple has already begun thinking of what they'll call their little girls, and Jerry reveals that while they are considering names that rhyme, they also worry that that would be "a little Hansel and Gretel-y." Rebecca is "doing great" and "getting big" at five months pregnant, Jerry says, adding that he is looking forward to seeing his wife's good genes passed along to their daughters.

   I'm really excited, I really am. I can't wait. I'm mostly excited because Rebecca is the most beautiful thing that ever happened to the O'Connell family tree.

The twins will be the first children for Jerry and Rebecca, who married in July 2007.

Drunk Drivers Rejoice! It Wasn't Shia LaBeouf's Fault!

This totally means you can drive around with a pint of Mad Dog in the fork of your crotch. Just make sure you get someone else to hit you. The other driver in Shia LaBeouf's big hand-crushin' accident has been cited for running a red light.

Herbert Simon, 21, received a citation for running a red light and smashing his car into LaBeouf's F-150 truck. The truck flipped, jostled Isabel Lucas (the girl Shia stole from Adrian Grenier) and messed up Shia's hand.

Despite LaBeouf being charged with a misdemeanor for driving under the influence (whereas anyone else would be SCREWED), cops determined it was the other kid's fault.

Gwen Stefani has been preggers for what seems like FOREVER. Well, not for much longer!

In Touch Weekly is reporting that Stefani checked in to the hospital to deliver today, Thursday.

The singer arrived at Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and is scheduled to give birth via C-section today.
