Ellen Pompeo gives a little advice about why her marriage with husband producer Chris Ivery is so strong, and her exercise and diet regiment that keeps her in tip-top shape.

“We never try to be apart — we go everywhere together,” the actress tells OK!. “I think that if you marry someone you’re madly in love with, then that’s all that matters.”

Ellen also shared about her exercise routine. “I have a trainer, I do strength work, stretching, endurance and boxing,” she says. “I don’t eat much junk food. I try to eat six small meals a day.”

“I try to stay away from sugar while I’m shooting,” Ellen said. “On weekends I eat what I want. If I eat a Dove Ice Cream bar I feel great, but then I want a nap because I crash from the sugar. If I have to work and memorize my lines until one in the morning, I can’t be taking a nap!”

Jennifer Hudson will be making her comeback performance at next month’s Super Bowl, reports E!’s Marc Malkin.

The 27-year-old American Idol alum is slated to sing the national anthem on Feb. 1 in Tampa, Fla.

This will be the first public appearance by Jennifer since the brutal murders of her mother Darnell Donerson, brother Jason and young nephew Julian King. William Balfour, the estranged brother-in-law of Jennifer, has been indicted on all three counts of murder.
