The photographer accused of causing the accident said he wasn't to blame since if he had been there he would have photos of the incident. Meanwhile, Madonna's recovery might be made sweeter with the news that her adoption appeal will be heard on May 4. If all goes well for Madonna, she might have another child joining her at the weekly Kabbalah services before she knows it.
