Britney & KFed: Pre-Nup Details


K-Fed won’t touch a penny of Britney’s money. All the millions belonging to Britney will stay that way

The mansion will be divided 50/50.

Any gift given worth over $10,000 will go back to the original purchaser. This includes a custom-built motorcycle Brit gave K-Fed for Christmas 2 years ago.

She will still support him for a little while longer. Brit will pay Kevin $30,000 a month for the period of time that is half the length of their marriage. Meaning he’ll be well sneakered until at least a year from now.

Spears won’t pay child support. Federline is still responsible for supporting his other two children with previous baby momma Shar Jackson. Luckily, Britney should be able to put food on the table for at least another 200,000 more years.

Rosario Dawson & Jason Lewis: Broken Up?



One of Hollywood’s most beautiful couples, Rosario Dawson and Jason Lewis, have reportedly split. The actress was overheard telling a friend about the break-up in a New York restaurant over the weekend, explaining she was having to fly to Los Angeles to clear her belongings from the Hollywood home she shares with the actor.

Dawson and Lewis started dating in 2004 and moved in together exactly a year ago. The actress has often cooed about her man, a former model, in interviews. In one recent article, she gushed, “He’s just a wonderful human being. He’s generous and loving and intelligent and warm and funny.”

A publicist who represents both Lewis and Dawson had not responded to calls when WENN went to press.

There's already new revelations about the Britney Spears divorce. Could Kevin Federline not have known about the divorce? Kevin has been traveling to promote his failed album and just last week he mentioned to Ryan Seacrest on his morning show that the split rumors were all false.

Ya we've heard that one before! When asked about whether there was trouble in paradise, he replied, "I don't waste any energy thinking about these things. I don't get caught up in it."

Insiders say that Kevin's partying was the reason behind the split. His head was getting too big and Britney was not going to have it. She was sick of staying home with the kids while Kevin was out "working" --which pretty much meant a lot of partying.

Both Britney and Kevin made a trip to New York; however, after a scuffle they both stayed at different hotels. Britney opted to stay at the Regency Hotel while Kevin stayed at the DoubleTree Guest Suites Times Square.

L.A. Superior Court spokesperson Pat Kelly confirmed the filing to People Magazine stating, "Yes, it's confirmed. It was filed today, on the grounds of irreconcilable differences."

I don't know about you guys but I am just so excited and shocked at the same time. Then again, when was the last time the two were seen happy together?
