Wesley Snipes Arrested for Tax Fraud
Despite what Brad and Angie might lead you to believe, you can’t hide out in Namibia forever; upon his return back to the U.S., Wesley Snipes’ ass was promptly arrested. Police snagged the actor today in Florida on tax fraud charges.
Snipes, 44, had been filming a movie in Namibia despite the warrant for his arrest, which was issued in October. He is charged with fraudulently claiming nearly $12 million in tax refunds and failing to file returns from 1999 through 2004.
The actor flew into the Orlando International Airport and voluntarily surrendered, Cole said. He was due to appear in court at 10:30 a.m. on Ocala, Fla.
Snipes had been filming the movie Gallowwalker in Africa. In October, the film’s producer, Joanne Reay, told the Associated Press filming was scheduled to run until the third week of December.
If found guilty on the tax-fraud charges, Snipes could face up to 16 years in prison.

Diana Krall and Elvis Costello welcome twin boys: Dexter and Frank
Singer Diana Krall, 42, has given birth to her and musician hubby Elvis Costello's twins - both boys. According to the couple's rep, the boys, named Dexter Henry Lorcan and Frank Harlan James, were born on Dec. 6 in New York City. Diana made it to 40 weeks with the twins - fabulous for multiples. No word on if the boys are fraternal or identical, weights, or lengths.
"Mother and sons are doing splendidly," the rep says. And the couple have released a statement saying, "We are ecstatic!"
The couple married on December 5, 2003 and announced Diana's pregnancy in June. They did know they were having boys, but chose to keep the sexes private.

RUMOR: Tori Spelling is having a boy?
In Touch is reporting that actress Tori Spelling is expecting a baby boy with her husband, actor Dean McDermott. A friend says, "She's overjoyed that she's having a boy." The couple found out the sex in mid-November, but have not shared it publically.
Tori's due date in is March. If she does in fact have a boy, the former 90210 star has said she would love to honor her late father, TV super producer Aaron Spelling, and give her son his name for a middle name.
