Michael Lohan Accused of Domestic Violence

It’s going to be difficult to not roll your eyes about this one, but it's being reported that Michael Lohan's fiance has claimed a domestic violence case against him.

Sources are telling TMZ that Kate Major called the Southampton Town Police on Monday (July 19) at around 2pm, just before Lohan flew off to Los Angeles where his daughter Lindsay was turning herself in.

Apparently, a heated argument escalated between Michael and Jon Gosselin’s ex-fling and supposedly Lohan shoved Major over a chair, injuring her shoulder.

An insider also claims that Michael kicked Kate in her face, resulting in her paying a visit to the hospital.

With sources telling that she and Jesse James are talking again, a Life & AStyle insider dishes, "Her heart is open to him again."

At the heart of the reconnection are Jesse's children, Sunny, Chandler and Jesse Jr. - as Sandra was especially close to 6-year-old Sunny.

The Life & Style source tells, "Sandra will never fully get over the way Jesse betrayed her. But he did give her the family she's always wanted. And because of that, she's able to forgive him."

Meanwhile, Jesse's other ex, Janine Lindemulder, confirms that Jesse is still hopeful to win Sandra back, as she says, "He will do anything to get back in her good graces."
