Paris Hilton has entered a plea of no contest in her DUI case.

Hilton was not present when her lawyers, Howard Weitzman and Shawn Chapman Holley, told Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael Sauer that the heiress would rather fold than fight.
The judge placed Hilton on 36 months probation. She must pay a fine of $390 and attend an alcohol education program. She was also given the option of completing probation in 24 months if she completes 40 hours of community service.

Hilton was arrested September 7, 2006 in Hollywood. Her blood-alcohol level was .08, the threshold in California for being a drunk driver.

Heidi Klum and husband Seal spent a relaxing Saturday at a park in Beverly Hills. The couple was spotted with Klum's 2-year-old daughter Helene, and the couple's 1-year-old son, Henry. The couple's 3-month-old second son, Johan, was nowhere in sight.

Klum and Seal can be seen sitting in the sandbox -- Seal constantly checking his BlackBerry while Heidi digs a hole. Looks like Heidi enjoys going to the park just as much as the kids do!

Peut-être qu'elle pourrait créditer toutes ses heures de travail plate de son émission. Au moins ça pourrait servir à quelque chose.  
Je l'imagine vraiment pas dans un groupe genre AA Los Angeles !  Peut-être qu'elle pourrait en faire de la téléréalité.

As tomorrow's deadline looms for the DNA test to establish the paternity of Anna Nicole Smith's baby, TMZ has learned Smith's lawyers are furiously working to halt the test.

Sources tell TMZ that Smith's lawyers are now arguing that the order requiring the test was never brought before a Bahamian judge. A Los Angeles Superior Court judge ordered the test, but Smith's lawyers now say it's not binding until a Bahamian judge gives it a stamp of approval.

Sources also tell TMZ that Anna Nicole's lawyers are trying to block the test on grounds that the United States DNA lab hired by Larry Birkhead, the man claiming to be the father of little Dannielynn, cannot legally administer the test because its technicians don't have work permits for the Bahamas.

Despite her public statements that she has nothing to hide, Ms. Smith is going to great lengths to block the DNA test.
