Normalement, je crois que les intervenants attendent d'avoir avisé la famille avant de divulguer des informations, mais dans son cas à Paul Walker il était célèbre et des fans l'ont vu tout juste avant l'accident, j'imagine que c'était à peu près impossible de contenir l'information dans ce contexte-là.

Edit: je viens de trouver sur un autre article, le nom du conducteur est Roger Rodas.
