(bum) - L'actrice Lindsay Lohan tente de bloquer la publication sur Internet de photos compromettantes.
La vedette des films Freaky Friday et Georgia Rule entre autres a engagé une bataille contre un pirate informatique qui affirme avoir volé des photos de l'actrice nue.

Selon le site Celebslam.com, les photos de Lohan auraient été prises par une ancienne flamme de l'actrice, Calum Best.

Le site affirme que la starlette aurait écrit lors d'une séance de clavardage qu'un pirate « a pénétré mon ordinateur et indiqué sur mon bureau qu'il avait les photos que Cal a prises de moi nue. »

La vedette affirme du même souffle que son avocat s'occupe de l'affaire.

Cette nouvelle mésaventure survient alors que la célébrité de 21 ans vient de quitter un centre de traitements après avoir séjourné 45 jours en cure de désintoxication.

Makeup artist to the stars Brett Freedman reveals the scoop on how to avoid common mistakes.

Too Tan
Attending the Hairspray premiere July 10, Amanda Bynes showed off her fake n' bake bod on the red carpet. According to Freedman, self-tanners are best showcased with a pinkish hue - not a yellow one! To avoid the Oompa-Loompa look, Freedman (who has helped Carmen Electra get a goddess glow) recommends DuWop's "Revolution," which allows for what he calls the "Marcia Brady" finish. "It doesn't necessarily read as a tan, but it gives your skin a glowy look," he explains.

Overstyled Eyebrows
Sienna Miller's dark and dramatic eyebrows for an appearance at the Valentino 45th Anniversary Celebration in Italy July 7 were heavily panned by the European fashion and beauty press. Freedman agrees that you can throw an entire look off-kilter if your eyebrows are groomed incorrectly. "You want your brows to be in the same [color] family as your hair color or a little lighter so your lashes are the darkest things on your face," he advises. "When filling in your eyebrows, choose a pencil that's lighter than the hairs. [If not], it loses definition and looks like a stencil."


Too Bright Lipstick
"Beyonce's dipping her little toe in the 80's," Freedman says of this shot from the singer's April 2 Today Show appearance. "There's some makeup that's great photo shoot makeup, where you can control the light and get a little funky," Freedman reasons, "But some things just aren't red carpet friendly." Case in point is the performer's lipstick color du jour. "A blue-based pink lipstick isn't flattering, he says. "You want the face to look beautiful and balanced. [Something] people look at and say, 'oh wow, that's cute, maybe I should try that' rather than 'oh my gosh!' There's a fine line."


Bad Haircolor
Queen Latifah was all smiles as she channeled X-Men's Storm (via a super-blonde wig) at the Hairspray premiere on July 10. "She was being in the spirit of her character," our expert allows, but advises everyday women to let nature dictate their natural coloring. "Nature knows what it's doing. [This sort of] color looks like it landed on you from another planet," Freedman says. "It's so not flattering!"


Overly Dramatic Eyes
Punk princess Avril Lavigne went all out for her record release party on April 17. While the 22-year-old is clearly indulging in her passion for pink, Freedman tells Us that her eyeshadow is much more party than proper. "[Avril] is out of the box, but so is Gwen Stefani and people actually want to look like Gwen Stefani," he explains. "Not a BRATZ doll." To dial down the drama, Freedman recommends applying a simple swipe of mascara, like DiorShow, rather than false lashes, which can appear costumey.

His body's fine, but he still looks like he should be pumping gas a station in the middle of Oklahoma. I will say that he's definitely an upgrade from Owen Wilson. At least his nose doesn't look like it was put together with super glue.
