j'ai déjà lu une entrevue avec Phil qui disait qu'en moyenne, le tournage dure 34 jours... et sur le formulaire d'inscrïption, ça dit que les participants doivent être dispo entre 30 et 40 jours... --Message edité par Ruine-Babine le 2006-11-30 19:25:40--

CBS annonce que Lundi une équipe éliminée de TAR sera la (fort probablement Dustin / Kandice). Voici le problème, si Dustin/Kandice sera entrain de tourner TARAS (TAR All-Stars) (SOUS TOUTE RÉSERVE). CBS has confirmed that the upcoming 11th edition of the Emmy-winning reality series "The Amazing Race," produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and Bertram van Munster, will feature cast members from previous seasons of the show. Production on "The Amazing Race: All-Stars" began last week in Miami and will premiere in first-quarter 2007.

"Race" becomes the third CBS unscrïpted series to go all-star. "Survivor" began the trend a few years ago, while "Big Brother" followed suit last summer.

A CBS spokesman confirmed the all-star nature of the next "Race" but declined comment on which past cast members will return.

Variety reports that Rob and Amber -- who appeared on "Race" after appearing on two editions of "Survivor" -- will be given another shot at the top prize.





They are expected to square off against Joyce and Uchenna, their two chief opponents in season seven of "Race." The latter team narrowly won that edition.

Also lacing up again: Kentucky's David and Mary.




CBS confirms 'The Amazing Race: All-Stars' will be next 'Race' edition

More than a month after reports that it was about to begin production first began emerging, CBS has confirmed that The Amazing Race's next edition will be an All-Stars edition featuring teams that previously competed on earlier seasons of the long-running reality show.

According to Daily Variety, which reported the CBS confirmation in its Wednesday edition, The Amazing Race's eleventh edition -- dubbed The Amazing Race: All-Stars -- began production last week in Miami and will premiere sometime in early 2007.

Despite confirming that The Amazing Race 11 will feature an All-Stars format, CBS -- presumably hoping to keep the number of international eyewitness spoiler reports to a minimum -- is not yet ready to announce which previous racers are participating in the currently-filming All-Stars edition. However, Variety, citing "insider" sources, reports that former The Amazing Race 7 and Survivor contestants Rob Mariano and Amber Brkich, former The Amazing Race 7 winners Uchenna and Joyce Agu, and Dave and Mary Conley -- who finished sixth on The Amazing Race's currently airing tenth edition -- are three of the teams competing in The Amazing Race: All-Stars.

Confirming last month's quickly removed myspace.com video post in which disgruntled The Amazing Race 5 winners Chip and Kim McAllister publicly whined that they weren't approached about participating in the competition, Variety also reports that Chip and Kim and former The Amazing Race 6 contestants Jonathan Baker and Victoria Fuller won't be among The Amazing Race: All-Stars' racers. The Amazing Race: All-Stars will also reportedly not include anyone from Fall 2005's disastrous The Amazing Race: Family Edition.

Last month, tvgasm.com, the web site that first reported that The Amazing Race's next edition would be an All-Stars edition, stated that it had confirmed that two The Amazing Race 5 teams -- (since married) "dating couple" Colin Guinn and Christie Woods and "close cousins" Charla Faddoul and Mirna Hindoyan -- would be among the unknown number of teams that will be competing in The Amazing Race's All-Stars edition.

A week later (and a day before Chip and Kim briefly released their myspace.com video blog entry), former The Amazing Race 9 winners B.J. Averell and Tyler MacNiven publicly voiced their displeasure about not being selected for The Amazing Race: All-Stars in an unexpected outlet -- a CBS.com "Former Racers Blog" in which B.J., Tyler, and seven of the reality show's other former contestants are supposed to offer commentary on the show's current The Amazing Race 10 edition. During their pre-orchestrated blog entry exchange, B.J. and Tyler also appeared to imply that Rob and Amber -- who also just finished filming their own Newylweds-like Fox Reality channel reality series that will premiere in January -- and Colin and Christie were two of the former Race teams selected to participate in The Amazing Race: All-Stars.

In their video, Chip and Kim -- who claimed to know the identities of "at least half" of The Amazing Race: All-Stars' teams but said they wouldn't "break their confidence" by revealing them -- also stated that in addition to themselves, B.J. and Tyler, and Jonathan and Victoria, they had also confirmed that The Amazing Race 1 winners Brennan Swain and Rob Frisbee will also not be among the teams competing in The Amazing Race: All-Stars.

Earlier this week, Internet message boards began buzzing with eyewitness reports that several former The Amazing Race teams were allegedly spotted -- with camera crews in tow -- leaving Miami International Airport on an American Airlines flight to Quito, Ecuador on Monday. In addition to "confirmed" The Amazing Race: All-Stars racers Rob and Amber and Charla and Mirna, former The Amazing Race 1 "life partners" Bill Bartek and Joe Baldassare and The Amazing Race 3 "dating couple" (and apparently still dating) Jill Aquilino and John Vito Pietanza were also allegedly waiting at the flight's gate. The Amazing Race 11: Spoiler Report  

All Star Edition - Here's The Teams  
November 29, 2006  

If you haven't heard by now, let me be the first to give you the news. The next season of The Amazing Race will be another attempt at an All-Stars version.  

CBS is really into the All-Star versions so it doesn't surprise me that TAR is doing one. While die hard fans were not happy with the All-Star seasons of Survivor or Big Brother, they did have good ratings. I think anything that brings my favorite show more ratings I am all for it. I just wish that more ratings didn't mean the return of Rob and Amber.  

Can you believe it? These two are doing another reality show. Do these two have actual jobs or do they just sit around applying to reality series? I know they make good television for some but I burned out on them after Survivor All-Stars. I guess I am jumping the gun a bit by telling you about Romber but my loyal readers know how I feel about these two. For the moment I will get over these two and get to what you really want to know. Before this article is over you will know at least five of the teams vying for another chance at the million. I will also let you in on the All-Star rumor mill and tell you who is definitely not going to be around this time.  

First off let's get to who we know. My sources tell me that five teams were spotted in a Miami airport heading for South America. Those five teams are Joe and Bill (Team Guido TAR 1), John Vito and Jill (TAR 3), Charla and Mirna (TAR 5), and of course Rob and Amber (TAR 7). There was also another male/female team but there was no definite confirmation on their identity. According to another source the mysterious fifth team is none other than Jon and Kris, one of my all time favorite teams. It is unknown if this group was in the lead pack or if they were in the back. Since most seasons of TAR start off in the states, I would bet that Miami is the first leg of the race.  

I have been getting emails left and right with speculation and info. After gathering all the information together here is who I believe some of the other teams are:  

Kevin and Drew (the frat boys TAR 1): both have been missing from their jobs and were asked to appear in season 8 as the hot dog vendor/clue givers.  
Uchenna and Joyce (TAR 7)  
David and Mary (Team Kentucky TAR 10)  
Dustin and Kandice (The Queens, the Barbies, the blondes, TAR 10)  

Of course with every season there are misleading spoilers. Here is a list of possible teams that may have made it. There is no creditable evidence yet, just rampant rumors:  

Oswald and Danny (TAR 2)  
Tian and Jaree (TAR 4)  
Dave and Lori (TAR 9)  
Ray and Yolanda (TAR 9)  
Emily and Nancy (TAR 1)  

If I had to wager I am not sure I would bet on any of these teams but you just never know. Almost all of these were well-liked teams who could bring in viewers.  

Now that we have an idea of who might be on the show, let's go over who is definitely not going to be around. The two most vocal non-participating teams seem to be Chip and Kim (TAR 5) and Tyler and BJ (TAR 9). Apparently they weren't even asked and they are not happy about it. There were three teams that were rumored to be on the show but it has now been confirmed that they could not be on the show. Colin and Christie (TAR 5) were on everyone's list as a definite but Christie was recently spotted at the Miss Texas Teen USA. Since the race is currently filming it is doubtful they will be on the show. Blake and Paige (TAR 2) were also thought to have been involved but they were spotted with their family over the Thanksgiving holiday. Flo and Zach (TAR 2) were the final team on everyone's list but Zach dashed their hopes when he recently called into a local radio station and dashed of their fans hopes.  

There are other teams that may or may not have been asked but could not participate. Adam and Rebecca (TAR 6) and Paul and Amie (TAR 1) might have been asked but they had to decline because Rebecca and Paul are filming movies. It is also rumored that some teams were asked but did not make the final cut. Those teams include Jon and Al (TAR 4) and Ken and Gerad (TAR 2). There were a couple of teams that were not asked back due to the fact that they are no longer speaking to each other. Those teams include Wil and Tara (TAR 2), Ron and Kelly (TAR 7), Alison and Donny (TAR 5), and Reichen and Chip (TAR 4). There was a rumor that Reichen might race with new love Lance Bass. Lance is no stranger to reality television but since Reichen is on a book tour for the whole month of November I say the chances of that happening are slim to none. Of course its no surprise that Victoria and Jonathan (TAR 6) were not asked back. Of course they say it is because they just had a baby but lets face it, who wants to see Jonathan slap Victoria around again.  

So what do you think? I actually have mixed feelings about the cast. I think there were some people who were omitted while others were added that I don't get. Charla and Mirna should not be on an All-Star version and even though I love them, Mary and David are going to get clobbered without the Cho brothers. I am really sorry to see that there are no older couples. I think Fran and Berry (TAR 9) or Meredith and Gretchen (TAR 7) could have done well. Even though they are not really older, I think it would have been nice to see Ian and Teri (TAR 2) or Linda and Karen (the Bowling Moms TAR 5) back. It will be interesting to see how this plays out in the end and who actually ends up racing. I will keep you updated with any information I receive. Until then enjoy!

The Amazing Race: More All-Stars Team Spoilers

If you've read the title of this post and are continuing to read, I'm taking that as tacit spoiler consent, because I did warn you. So anyway, two more teams have been identified, thanks to the message boards (Warning: Do not click on the link if you only want to know who is racing, and not how they fare). They are Danny and Oswald (season 2) and Dustin and Kandice (season 10). Really? Dustin and Kandice? All-stars? Why do I get the feeling that someone on the race staff really wants them to win the whole thing? The boards also mention a team they call "Eric and Danielle," which confused me completely until I read that Eric (of "and Jeremy") and Danielle (of "and Dani") started dating after season 9, so that's our first hybrid team. This brings the total number of teams that we know about to ten: Bill/Joe, Danny/Oswald, Jill/John Vito, Colin/Christie, Mirna/Charla, Rob/Amber, Uchenna/Joyce, Eric/Danielle, David/Mary, and Dustin/Kandice. If I had to guess, I'd say that there's at least one more team out there, but I'm not looking up any more spoilers, because I don't want to know how the race ends. It would be like ruining Christmas morning.

After Ecuador, we're not sure. The Guidos then showed up in Ushuaia, Argentina - the Southernmost town in South America (photographic evidence) - and were looking for flights to South Africa.

Episode ???? = South Africa -> Mozambique
After South Africa, we're not sure.Some friends of mine are Peace Corps vols in Mozambique and claim that the race came through Maputo sometime between Thanksgiving and December 7. One of the destinations was the old Portuguese fort (pictured here: tabisite.com/gallery_af/m...f265.jpg). Unfortunately they didn't have any other details. This does seem consistent with the spoilers that teams were on their way to South Africa, as Maputo is usually reached through Joburg.

Episode ???? - Poland -> Malaysia
Izad says that eventually teams make it to Poland and then fly to Malaysia (December 10). 5 teams are left at that point and 4 were spotted and photographed by Izad (Charla/Mirna, Danny/Oswald, Beauty Queens, Eric/Danielle). The final team may be "an African American couple who were delayed on their flight" (Uchenna/Joyce).

Nothing is known after that yet.

Sequestered Teams Spoiler from TARFlies
These teams were spotted on a flight from Guam to Honolulu by a flight attendant. The flight attendant's sister is a poster and reported the news. The teams that were named on this flight were Guidos, Uchenna/Joyce, and Danny/Oswald. There were no all female teams on this flight, no Romber, no Teri/Ian, and no David/Mary, and they didn't seem to care that their flight was delayed.

What this probably means: The final 3 are Charla/Mirna, Beauty Queens, Eric/Danielle
