Fanboys and girls the world over are about to find out what I've known all along: Keri Russell is a superhero!

Reliable sources confirm to me exclusively that my reigning BFF is in advanced talks to voice the title role in Warner Bros' straight-to-DVD animated Wonder Woman feature. The flick, which is slated for release in late '08/early '09, is part of a new line of DVD feature adaptations by Warner Bros. Animation and DC Comics. The first, Superman: Doomsday, hit stores in September and promptly flew off the shelves. Upcoming releases include Justice League: New Frontier (2/26) and Batman: Gotham Knight.

It's probably safe to assume that new-mum Russell would record her dialogue sometime in Feb./March whilst she's in L.A. shooting the Adam Sandler comedy Bedtime Stories. In related news, a $100 reward has been posted for information leading to the exact dates of those audio sessions, as well as the address of said recording studio. Keri Russell (née Keri Lynn Russell le 23 mars 1976 à Fountain Valley, Californie - ) est une actrice et danseuse américaine. Elle est surtout connue pour son rôle de Felicity Porter dans la série télévisée Felicity, pour lequel elle a gagné un Golden Globe Award en 1999.

Elle a grandi à Mesa en Arizona et à Denver dans le Colorado.

Keri Russell a débuté très tôt dans le monde de la danse. Jeune fille, elle prend des cours de danse et participe à des tournées avec les groupes Drill Team et Mesa Stars Dance.

Plus tard, elle se laisse tenter par le mannequinat, mais le métier ne lui plaît pas.

Elle trouve sa voie au début des années 1990 en se lançant dans le cinéma. Elle fait sa première apparition dans Chérie, j'ai agrandi le bébé. Auparavant, les Américains l'ont aperçu dans l'émission télé All New Mickey Mouse Club.

On la retrouve aussi au petit écran pendant plusieurs années dans la série Une nounou d'enfer.

À la fin des années 1990, Keri est révelée grâce à son rôle de Felicity Porter dans la série télé Felicity, rôle qu'elle joue durant quatre saisons.

Keri Russell obtient enfin un rôle important au cinéma en 2006 dans Mission : Impossible 3 aux côtés de Tom Cruise.

En 2007, elle réside à Manhattan avec son mari et son fils, River, né le 9 juin 2007.
