LE DOMAINE BLEU

I'm sorry, but I don't know how to ask this in French.  Does anyone know who is opening for Dany Bedar (24 oct.), Marc Dupre (22 oct.), and Annie Villeneuve (21 oct.)?  I'm going to each of these concerts on my trip to Montreal and would just like to know.  Also, does anyone know if Annie or Marc speak English.  I know that Dany does.

In regular quebec's artists shows, no more artists opening shows. It's really rare.

I don't know about Marc or Dany, but nobody is opening for Annie Villeneuve... She's alone. With her two musicians. And i'm pretty sure if you talk to her in English, she'll understand She's gonna be thrill to see you there, all the way from USA. I'm pretty sure Marc speaks english or he can understand it very well. Annie probably understand it too.

I don't think they have opening acts, but they could have special guests.

Thanks for the information!  I'm driving 13 hours just to see these concerts.  I'm very excited!!! So, Annie and Marc do come out after their shows to greet their fans?

How do I know about them?  That's a long story!     Basically, I heard Notre Dame de Paris and really liked Bruno Pelletier, Garou, Patrick Fiori, Julie Zenatti, Natasha St. Pier... so I got their CD's.  Then I just started looking for other Quebec artists.  Now all I listen to are people from Quebec and a few from France.  

I came up 3 years ago to see Bruno twice.  The next year, I saw Bruno again.  The year after that, we came up to see Notre Dame de Paris.  This last March, we saw Dany Bedar and Roch Voisine.  And next Saturday, I leave to go see Annie Villeneuve, Marc Dupre, and Dany.  And I'm already beginning to plan another trip to possibly see several people again next March. Does that kind of answer your question?

Oh, and by the way, I am from southwestern Ohio.

C'est intéressant de constater qu'une personne de langue anglaise ait de l'intérêt pour des chanteurs francophones.

On a souvent tendance à penser que seul l'inverse est possible.

C'est parce que c'est en effet très rare que les gens de langue anglaise apprécient des chanteurs francophones. Personnellement ce cas-ci c'est le premier que je vois... ça ne court pas les rues! Mais enfin tant mieux!
