J'ai un problème pour télécharger mes photos prises avec ma Canon Rebel qui m'a été donné usagée. J'ai installé le ZoomBrowser EX 6.0.1c Updater for Windows sur le site de Canon. J'ai un ordi avec Windows Vista. En plus, je n'ai pas les disques d'installation de la caméra.
La personne qui me l'a donné m'a dit que pour cette Rebel, dans le temps, elle avait juste installé le ZoomBrowser fourni sur son disque de caméra S3 IS. Elle a juste branché la caméra Rebel à l'ordi et tout a fonctionné normalement. Elle n'a pas été obligée d'installer EOS Utility. Elle est avec Windows XP.
De mon côté, j'ai pu télécharger des photos de ma caméra Canon S3 IS sans problème avec le ZoomBrowser. Mais ça ne fonctionne pas avec ma Rebel. On me dit que Windows Vista est incapable d'installer le bon pilote. On me parle de télécharger le pilote pour la Rebel 350D mais ce n'est pas la mienne.
Sur le site de Canon, je crois comprendre que je devrais installer EOS Utility 2.2 Updater pour Windows pour que ça fonctionne mais en même temps on semble dire que Windows Vista ne reconnaît pas ma caméra. De plus, ça prend le disque pour l'installation.

Outline of the Software
EOS Utility is software exclusively for EOS Digital cameras that combines all the functions involving communication with the camera.
This software accommodates features such as importing and viewing images on the computer by connecting the camera to the computer, using the remote shooting function, and controlling the camera from the computer to specify the camera settings.
EOS Digital users can install EOS Utility 2.2 using EOS Utility 2.2 Updater for Windows.
Important
1. This software is exclusively for Windows Vista, Windows XP SP2, and Windows 2000 SP4.
The models that can be connected vary depending on the OS.

Preview display of images taken by remote shooting has become possible on EOS Utility.
(When images are taken by high speed continuous shooting, the latest image is displayed.)
3. Test shooting function has been added. (Supported Camera: EOS-1Ds Mark III, EOS 40D, EOS-1D Mark III)
Using the test shooting function and quick white balance together makes it possible to set white balance based on flash light.
Downloading and Installing the Software
For Windows Vista
Please have the EOS Digital Solution Disk (the CD-ROM that came with your camera) ready before getting started.
Also, please exit all other applications when installing this software.
1. If you click the download file at the bottom of this page, a download file dialog box appears, so click [Save].
In the download file dialog box that appears, specify a destination to save the file (e.g., the desktop), and then click [Save] (please remember the location of the file, as it will be used in the next step).
2. If you double-click the downloaded file, the updater's installation wizard appears.
Following the on-screen instructions, place the EOS Digital Solution Disk (the CD-ROM that came with your camera) into the computer's drive, and then proceed with the installation.
For Windows XP/Windows 2000
Please make sure that the following applications are installed in your computer.
- ZoomBrowser EX
- Digital Photo Professional
- EOS Viewer Utility
- Camera Window DSLR
Also, please exit all other applications when installing this software.

Est-ce que quelqu'un saurait ce que je peux faire pour régler mon problème.
