Depuis quelque temps je n'ai jamais de son quand je veux regarder des vidéos avec ce le Lecteur Windows Media. J'ai des vidéos sur mon ordi que j'ai fait joué autant comme autant mais là, je n'ai plus de son. Par contre, mon son est correct avec toute autre chose comme des jeux ou QuickTime.
J'ai eu un message tantôt m'offrant d'installer une nouvelle version de Windows Media. J'ai pensé que ça serait la meilleure chose à faire et j'ai commencé l'installation. Mais voilà le message qui est apparu:
Est-ce que je dois comprendre que j'ai un problème avec mon Windows? Si oui, je suis bien mal prise parce que je ne sais pas quoi faire avec ça. Ce n'est pas moi qui l'ai installé et je n'y connais pas grand chose.
Quelqu'un pourrait-il me dire ce que je devrais faire?

Cette fenêtre t'apparait lorsque tu veux upgrader le lecteur Windows media à la version 9
Ceci est dû à un bug de win ME dont les points de restauration crées après le 8 septembre 2001 ne restaurent pas l'ordi.
Il faut donc téléchatger le correctif Q290700 soit par windows Update ou ici :

et l'installer
et recommencer la mise à jour du lecteur Windows Media 9
