Depuis quelque temps quand je veux fermer ou redémarrer mon ordi, il y a une fenêtre qui apparaît et me dit que AVToolTipView est occupé. Si j'essaie de faire une "fin de tâche", ça ne fonctionne pas, tout gêle. Je dois faire un contr-alt-del.
Pouvez-vous bien me dire c'est quoi AVToolTipView? D'où ça sort? Qu'est-ce que je peux faire pour ne plus que ça arrive?
Est-ce que ça peut occuper beaucoup d'espace? Parce que je n'avais que 2 fenêtre ouvertes et quand j'ai voulu ouvrir Firefox ça m'a dit que je n'avais pas assez de mémoire. Impossible!!!

J'ai Acrobat Reader 5.1 dont je ne me sers pas très souvent. Quoique, en fin de semaine, j'ai essayé d'ouvrir quelque chose mais ça n'a pas marché. Je suis restée sur une page blanche.
