Supernanny offers her services to Britney Spears

Pop singer Britney Spears, 26, has been offered help by one of television's reigning nannies - ABC's Supernanny Jo Frost, 37. Jo was interviewed by Entertainment Tonight and offered her insight on Britney's parenting style to her two boys with Kevin Federline, 30: Sean Preston, 2½, and Jayden James, 1½. Jo says:

   I do believe she loves her children very much and I'd be more than happy to help her.

Jo believes the key to it all is for Britney to feel secure with herself. She elaborates by saying:

   To be able to put her on the right track and feel more empowerment as a parent. Importance in motherhood is about really relating to other mothers, being able to have support groups and it's about Britney being in a place where she's feeling secure and confident in herself, so that she is able to take care of her little ones and give them what they need from her, which is their mother around.

Jo's approach to parenting is based on maintaining adult authority in a consistent manner, while creating a safe and peaceful environment for children to thrive. She says it is necessary for parents to develop "the confidence to raise their baby in a healthy and content way."

Entertainment Tonight's interview with Jo is scheduled to air on Friday.
