Oh-Oh Paris did a big no-no! It turns out that Paris Hilton was driving with a suspended license and can face up to 90 days jail time for violating her probation.

Hilton had pled no contest to her DUI and as a result DMV suspended her license and the judge place Hilton on 36 months probation.

As we mentioned earlier, Hilton was pulled over last night because she was driving without her headlights and the cops impounded her car.

A hearing will be set to discuss Hilton's violation.

On a side note, she really needs to lay off the spray tan. She looks like a burnt orange.

Effectivement elle a l'air beaucoup mieux j'espère qu'elle va retrouver le goût de vivre et profiter des ses enfants qui ont besoin de leur maman
