Future royal bride Kate Middleton was forced to run a gauntlet of photographers packed on to the street outside her home on the morning of her 25th birthday.
With rumours of a imminent engagement to Prince William reaching fever pitch, she was greeted by more than fifty paparazzi and television cameramen who followed her to her car under the watch of policemen.
These images, of course, conjure up memories of a paparazzo-flocked Princess Diana. Consequently, the Royal Family has issued a letter voicing concern for Kate's safety.
UK's tabloid The Sun is apparently the first one to comply with the new "respect" for Lady Middleton:
'Last night a senior editorial executive at The Sun said that the paper had decided not to use any more paparazzi pictures of Ms Middleton. They they would no longer be part of the “media circus” outside her door, he added.'
Great. I wonder how long this will last. Remember that they were one of the biggest violators in the past. (Where did we find those shots of Kate arguing with a traffic officer? Mmm-hmm...I thought so.)

Desperate Housewives Makes Housecall for Marcia Cross
Desperate Housewives star Marcia Cross has been placed on immediate bed rest for the remainder of her pregnancy. She is due in April with fraternal twins.
This has caused quite the dilemma for the crew of Desperate Housewives as she was not yet done filming her pre-maternity leaves scenes for the show.
Rather than put Marcia or her babies at risk, the show has opted to bring the show to her. The show will be filming the final two episodes featuring Marcia's charachter Bree at her house. The crew is building a replica of Bree's prestine home inside Marcia's house and she will be resting in bed between takes.
Boy I wish I had that kind of service when I was put on bedrest with both of my pregnancies. Thankfully, I learned to balance a laptop on my bump!

She did do a photospread for Vanity Fair and was a familiar face when the couple wed in Italy, but she has rarely been shown when Katie Holmes has been out and about in Los Angeles. What’s the reason for this? Tom Cruise and Katie are apparently scared that Suri could be in danger if they bring her out too much.
A source tells Star Magazine, “That child is growing up inside a bubble. I think both dad [Tom Cruise] and Katie are so worried that if Suri is exposed to the public, her life could be in danger.”
Sources say that Suri Cruise could be the target of kidnapping plots to extort money out of TomKat. I believe it. Tom is crazy. He thinks everyone is after him some way or another. Seriously, who wants to steal Suri? She’s not even real! If you’re going to steal a baby make sure it doesn’t operate with AAs.

hey hey! there's super hunky football player matt leinart putting rumors to rest...he's not interested in britney spears at all...a source to STAR magazine said that matt decided brit isn't his type and that he prefers his women 'a little more fit, more trim...' she seriously needs to take the kids & leave town for a few weeks and chill the fuck out! i know sometimes bad pictures can be taken of people but that picture below from jan 3rd is just plain frightening - i still can't believe how we were all pushing her to dump kevin federline's nasty ass and move on but gosh this is not how her new found single status was supposed to go down - it has all gone horribly wrong! her time with kevin is almost are starting to seem like the good ol' days - i can't even believe i just said that! popbytes over & out for now...xxoo!
