Anna Nicole has until Jan. 23 to have daughter DNA tested
The clock has started ticking for Anna Nicole Smith. The former stripper/pinup/Trimspa rep/ reality TV star has until January 23 to have her nearly 4-month-old daughter Dannielynn Hope's DNA tested, as ordered by Superior Court Judge Robert Schnider.
Anna's former boyfriend, Larry Birkhead, began legal proceedings in October for paternal rights to Dannielynn after Anna declared her long-time lawyer and new "husband" Howard K. Stern was actually the infant's father.
"We can't make it any easier for her - all she has to do is get out of bed, put on a robe, and answer the door," Larry's attorney, Debra Opri, said Tuesday, explaining that her lab would even send reps down to the Bahamas, where Anna resides, to get a DNA swab.

Justin's Got his Eye on Scarlett
Even though sources say Justin has been mingling with a former high school sweetheart since his alleged split from Cameron Diaz, a popular Hollywood columnist says he's got his eye on somebody else.
While in his hometown over the holidays, the pop heartthrob was seen on several occasions in the company of a former high school sweetheart of his - 25-year-old blonde real estate agent Veronica Finn, but a new source says he's been hooking up with Scarlett Johansson. Finn was once in a girl band, Innosense, with Justin's ex BritBrit.
Justin spent New Year's Eve at Kate Hudson's house party, which was held at her Los Angeles home. Justin and Cameron were, however, seen together in Los Angeles a few days after Christmas but told reporters they "do not comment on their personal lives."
But Hollywood gossip columnist Janet Charlton reports that Justin now has his eye on darling Scarlett Johansson. Charlton claims a source at a Los Angeles New Year's Eve party told her, "Justin and Cameron broke up almost two weeks ago. I reckon he'll hook up with Scarlett Johansson. They've been getting to know each other." The source was implying that something was already going on between them.
