Gillian Anderson Welcomes A Baby Boy
Actress Gillian Anderson welcomed a six pound eight ounce baby boy Oscar into the world on Nov. 1 2006. The 38-year-old delivered her second child at London’s exclusive Portland Hospital, three weeks before he was due. Anderson and her boyfriend Mark Griffiths have only just publicized the birth because they wanted to wait until Oscar was out of intensive care. Her spokesman says, “Both mother and baby are doing fine now.” Anderson already has a 12-year-old daughter, Piper Maru, from her relationship with The X-Files art director Clyde Klotz.

Lindsay Lohan borrowed a $40,000 diamond bracelet she borrowed from Cartier for her hosting duties at the World Music Awards in London last week. Well, the coke head lost it. She was forced to pay for the bracelet, because of her blunder. A rep from Cartier showed up to her hotel coming to collect the bauble when Lohan had to whip out her checkbook and pay for it.
A source said, “It was embarrassing. Lindsay couldn’t find it anywhere and was trying to stall for time to see if she could dig it out. She had been loaned the jewellery in good faith for her presenting gig at the World Music Awards on Wednesday. The plan was always for her to return the bracelet after, which seemed to have slipped her mind. She had a string of pals coming in and out of her room as well as security, management and hotel staff tending to regular requests. The room was turned upside down and fingers were being pointed at various people for it going missing. Lindsay ducked out of seeing the jewellers herself and left her management to sweep it under the carpet.”

Kevin’s Prepared to go the Distance
Federline will ‘go the distance’ to protect children from spears…. Kevin Federline filed for sole custody of his two young children with pop star Britney Spears because he feels she is not fit to take care of them on her own.
The former dancer counter-sued Spears one day after she filed for divorce, asking for sole physical and legal custody of children Sean Preston, 14 months and Jayden James, two months.
Federline may use Spears’ series of very public parenting mishaps against her, including an incident earlier this year (06) where she drove with Sean Preston on her lap and another where she had him in his car safety seat facing the wrong way.
According to Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan, “Kevin feels he is a great parent and acting solely in the best interest of his children. He’s not doing this for the money.
“Kevin is prepared to go the distance in order to protect and safeguard the children and will not be dissuaded or intimidated from the pursuit of these goals”.
Federline also has two children with ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson, Kori, four and Kaleb, two.
According to Jackson, she doesn’t receive any child support from Federline, but he does pay for the children’s private school costs.
Spears’ grandfather, June Austin Spears has lashed out at Federline telling American publication Star, “Why didn’t he try and get custody of his other kids?
