After their faux marriage in Mexico last November, it sounds like Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are going to tie the knot for real this weekend. They were shy about the details last week, but apparently it's going down Saturday at a church in Pasadena with a reception after at the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel. Ashlee Simpson, Pete Wentz, and Brody Jenner are expected, while Stephanie Pratt and Holly Montag will serve as bridesmaids. Many CBB readers have marveled at the size of Honor Marie Warren, the 10-month-old daughter of Jessica Alba and Cash Warren, and in a recent appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno the 27-year-old actress said that looks are not deceiving. “She’s a big girl,” Jessica observed. “She’s almost as big as me! She’s, like, 25 pounds.” The family of three is looking forward to Honor’s upcoming first birthday but Jessica admits that planning the party is “stressful.”

“The first birthday is really more for the parents. I don’t know. We might do, like, Dumbo … we might have music. I’m going to bake a cake that she can eat and put all over her face.”

Speaking of the latter, Jessica did a test run at Easter with “organic, dairy-free, egg-free cupcakes.” While the cupcakes themselves were “awesome” and “moist,” Jessica says that the icing “sucked” — so she decided to take a detour from the health-food route, and opted for icing in a can! “It was like, all this organic stuff and then canned icing,” she laughed.

One thing is for sure, Honor doesn’t seem to be a picky eater! “She is a very healthy girl,” Jessica agreed.

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt didn't seem too stressed about their big wedding weekend yesterday as they filmed a promo for their appearances on the upcoming season of I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here. Dangling from harnesses in front of a green screen gave Heidi and Spencer a perfect opportunity to show off the faces they've honed during countless cheesy photo-ops. These next few days will offer many other opportunities for the couple to flaunt their posing skills, despite the fact that you guys aren't interested in the ceremony.

Spencer Pratt walked around LA with his favorite brand of water before meeting up with Heidi Montag last night for dinner at Don Antonio's. Virtually none of you are excited for the couple's rumored "traditional" nuptials this weekend, though that isn't getting in the way of Heidi's excitement for her big day. Apparently Spencer is not allowed to have a bachelor party, but there will be many other opportunities for them to celebrate as they officially become husband and wife.
