Vista : gèle régulier

Salut ! J'ai un problème avec mon nouveau portable inspiron de Dell avec Vista comme OS. Régulièrement, je ne fais que demander une simple exécution (que ce soit sur explorer, windows, words, etc.), et mon ordi gèle pendant 30 secondes. Plus rien se passe, et ça fini par se débloquer.

Selon vous, c'est un problème matériel ou encore mon Vista ?
